Because lasting change requires more than good intentions.

As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) candidate, I’m not here to throw more “shoulds” at you—I’m here to help you do the things that matter to you.

I use evidence-based strategies rooted in behavior change science to help you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Our coaching model is premium, personalized, and life-changing.

Whether you’re looking to improve your energy, heal your relationship with food, optimize performance, or finally feel at home in your body, I’m here as your coach, guide, and accountability partner.

Unlike cookie-cutter wellness programs, coaching is 100% personalized. Together, we’ll build sustainable strategies that fit your life, not fight it.

You don’t need another plan. You need a process. And someone to walk beside you while you change from the inside out.

Let’s get started. You bring the vision; I’ll bring the strategy, science, and support to help you achieve it.

Paul and Elle Welle Health Coaching

The Role of a Health Coach

Most doctors don’t have time to dig into your daily routines, sleep patterns, food choices, or workout habits. That’s where a health coach shines.

A coach helps you:

  • Create a personalized strategy to address your specific desires or a doctor-proscribed protocol

  • Stay consistent with workouts, meals, sleep, and stress habits

  • Understand your labs and track your progress

  • Make changes that stick

About Elle Pallai

As a lifelong athlete, nutrition expert, and Tony Robbins-trained executive coach, I bring a unique blend of creative vision and trauma-informed healing to my work with clients.

I’ve navigated my journey through trauma and complex health challenges—experiences that conventional medicine couldn’t explain and traditional solutions couldn’t resolve. That path led me to a functional medicine approach and evidence-based practices in behavior change and positive psychology, which now form the foundation of my coaching.

Based in Colorado’s Vail Valley, surrounded by high-performance athletes and wellness-focused individuals, I work with clients ready to rebuild, reset, or rise to their next level.

Unlock your full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally—by tapping into your intrinsic motivation and creating sustainable, life-aligned habits.

Whether leading a group or supporting someone on their healing journey, I thrive in environments fueled by purpose, innovation, collaboration, and kindness.

Get Inspired

We use tools from the study of longevity, behavioral health, nutrition, and exercise. We explore resurfacing healing modalities such as heat therapy, cold plunge, and psilocybin. We also get inspiration from Athletes aged 15 to 90 who are out there winning in their respective fields and sharing their learnings, such as their recommendations for race nutrition and training.

Challenge Accepted

Did you know you have a 65% chance of completing a goal if you tell someone else you're committing to it? And if you have specific check-ins with a partner, your chance of success increases to 95%. This is why, at Welle Coaching, we embrace connection, community, and accountability.

Goal Setting

It all begins with a goal in mind. Whether it's taking a daily walk, eating like the longest-lived people in the world, or competing in the next half of IronMan—we are here to support you on your journey towards a longer healthspan—a longer, healthier, happier life.
