Heartfelt Nuts and Oats Breakfast

Heartfelt Nuts and Oats Recipe

First, scoop 6 cups of natural oats into a bowl large enough to add all of the additional ingredients.
Then add at least one serving as described on the package of the following ingredients.

Nuts

Walnuts
Cashew nuts
Brazil nuts
Almonds

Any other nuts you love? I put a lot more than a serving of Walnuts because I love knowing I am getting my omega-3s.

Seeds

1 serving of as per the serving size on the bag

Pumpkin seeds
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds

Dried fruit

Raisins
Dates
Cranberries
Blueberries

Coconut flakes (I put extra - a lot extra. I love the texture!)

For serving.

1 serving of the mix. I add approximately 1/4 to 1/2 C depending on my planned activity levels for the day!
Whole Milk
1/4 C Keifer
2 T ground flax seed
1 T or so of honey, depending on how sweet you like it!
